~*~ Top Dog 2011 ~*~
1/8/11 03:51:16 AM

We're absolutely thrilled & delighted to see that our Luna (CH Runfold Joo Joo Bee Doo By Flamuna) is joint top German Spitz (mittel) 2011 at the halfway point in the DOG WORLD/ARDEN GRANGE competition!!

To keep her in coat for long enough is a battle in itself but we are extremely proud, as always, of our beautiful girly!!

She will hopefully hang onto her coat for a short while longer - although, as usual, she is in full coat now we have no shows!!

East Of Eng CH Show 2011
9/7/11 11:39:18 PM

What a wonderfully surprising day!!

Indy (Flamuna Revelations At Runestone) managed to behave himself so well to win puppy dog class & best puppy dog!
He looked fabulous (even if I do say so myself!)

Betsy (Flamuna Skint & Minted) won puppy bitch class & best puppy bitch!
She then exceeded all our hopes & dreams by winning the RCC in really top class company and followed this up with Best Puppy In Breed

This means 3 puppies from this litter have won BPIB at CH shows and also gives Flamuna the KCAB accolade for breeding 3 dogs with stud book numbers!

Both these achievements mean a huge deal to us as we breed very rarely & have done so well from only 2 litters

Huge thanks to Breed Specialist Judge Melanie Hill (Kilima)

WOW !! What can I say?? A truly unforgettable day at Blackpool CH show 2011!!

Salome won Post Grad, sister Penny won Limit & Mummy Luna won Open!

Then all our dreams came true in the challenge when Luna was awarded her 3rd & crowning CC (subject to KC confirmation)

And to top it all off, her daughter Salome was awarded the RCC thus gaining her Stud Book Number & qualifying her for Crufts for life!

Huge thanks to breed specialist judge Linda Connor (Galvizach)

At Birmingham National, under the very experienced judge Ernie Paterson, Indy (Flamuna Revelations At Runstone) was awarded Best Puppy Dog. He then followed this up with Best Puppy In Breed!! We are very proud of Claire for all her hard work & of course the lovely Indy :o)

He is the 3rd Flamuna puppy to win a BPIB award at a CH show :o)

Puppies all clear :o))

The puppies were taken to have their eyes examined by David Habin BVMS DVOphthal MRCVS today under the BVA/ISDS/KC health scheme. I'm pleased to report he found no abnormalities & they were all clear! It was a long, stressful journey due to the weather but worth it  :o)

The puppies are here!!

Our gorgeous Libby has given birth to 6 healthy puppies! 1 black dog, 1 sable dog, 2 black bitches, 1 cream bitch & 1 dark sable/black & tan bitch. She is proving to be a wonderful mum & we're all thrilled. This litter has been planned for a long time & we hope it will be everything we dreamed of! Daddy Ferdi is very proud  :o)) More photos in the gallery here
